What does the flag mean to me?
The flag to me has many meanings. Throughout the magazine I have been alive the Ameri fundament flag has been d unrivaled a few historical results. The most memorable moment would have been September 11, 2001 when the World Trade Towers were destroyed. In my have opinion the flag is a symbol of freedom and the proper to be who I want to be. Growing up and discipline the Pledge of committedness in cultivate is also one of the most memorable moments of the flag I have.
Eleven age ago the World Trade midpoint was destroyed by terrorists. I remember being in school that twenty-four hours and not really understanding what was going on. I was in the first or the second grade and the entire school went outside and stood in front of the flag and Pledge our Allegiance to the flag for the lost lives that day. I remember watching a video of the World Trade Center in the ordinal grade and actually understanding what really happened and how it changed our coarse. I entangle despair and sorrow for something that happened six or seven eld ago, and then learned that the flag from the World Trade Center survived the terrorist attacks.



This then became a symbol of sacrifice in service, loss, and determination. In turn making me proud to be an American who can say I was a part of American tale even though it wasnt one of the countries brightest hours.
September 11, 2001 go away always be the most memorable moment in my life. It changed the way I view the flag and what it means to me. A life changing day for me was life changing for this country and its people and nothing will ever change that. I proudly Pledge Allegiance to the flag and nothing will ever change that so long as we ar united.
